SUPPORT CENTRE Our Support Centre is well renowned and is manned by
highly
experienced and dedicated professionals who have
extensive
knowledge of the software. It is very important to us
that every
customer makes the most of our software. Customer
support is an
integral part of our business as we want to help you to
finish the
job on time - every time. Our Support Staff are available to help registered users
every
working day of the year between 08h00 and 17h00
(GMT+ 02:00). In the unlikely event that they are unable to help you,
they can
call on our programmers that are just across the
corridor. We are
dedicated to ensuring that all your enquiries are
answered. When
you contact Knowledge Base for support assistance,
please have the following information available:
• Company name
• Version of Software (i.e Civil Designer v6.3)
• Operating System (i.e XP, Win 98, Win 2000)
THE BENEFITS OF AN UPGRADE & SUPPORT CONTRACT
When you come on board we automatically give you a
free Support and Upgrade contract for the
first year. Thereafter you will have
the opportunity to renew this contract with us at 13% of
the cost of the software.
The benefits of an Upgrade and Support contract includes regular visits to your offices,
user group meetings, regular product and new version upgrades
and comprehensive technical support through our Support
Centre via hotline or email.
Furthermore, we provide our clients with a marketing
opportunity by publishing your success stories in
various top trade journals as part of our promotion
strategy.
As part of the Knowledge Base family you will also
receive fortnightly newsletters that feature useful Tech Tip
Tutorials about Civil Designer, ReKnown Customer
Showcases and additional information on the latest
version along with company news and service related
information.
